So… yeah, but FTR this revert broke again at least Gnocchi's gate. The
telemetry projects had already adapted to the v3 switch last week.

We did not complain about the first break; we fixed our gate silently in
just a few minutes, and we've been done with it and resumed to your
daily routines. We were somehow happy with moving to a newer API, TBH,
even if was maybe a bit brutal in the first place.

But then… reverting… Well. I don't think making sluggish, technically in
debt or dead projects first class citizen is a good choice. If they
can't adapt, fast enough or at all, then… they should read this as a
signal and figure out what their problem is and solve it?

Food for thought.

But well, don't worry – we already re-fixed our gate. :-)
