Dear,

I had an openstack ID with my company email address([email protected]), I change 
my company recently, so I add an company affiliation with my new company name.
Now the question is I can not login openstack 
(https://openstackid.org/accounts/user/login) by 
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, the error log is "We are sorry, your 
username or password does not match an existing record."
I can not login openstack by my new company email 
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> either, the error log is 
"member [email protected] is not verified yet!", so I click "Verify Openstack 
ID" and input my new email address, it prints
"[email protected], your request was successfully processed! please verify 
your 
INBOX<mailto:[email protected],%20your%20request%20was%20successfully%20processed!%20please%20verify%20your%20INBOX>",
 then I login my inbox, there is no email from openstack.


Really appreciate if you can help to fix it.
