Yeah, it is a dependency of dracut.. we should try to get rid of it, since it is pretty stupid imho. I've done a test and rebuild libpsl against libidn, and that only pulls in 1.7MB of dependencies instead of almost 40MB with icu. perhaps we could convince the maintainer to switch to libidn2 ?
