Pleased.
Much better than present, more content and still very readable.
Now I'll have to play a little with colors, and left navigation pane. It
is much easier to play with this as base.

Splash can be updated with new releases to show that page is maintained
and always up to date.

Your idea about mandatory translations is very logical. For me the link
to the page that is not translated is, in effect to visitor, similar to
a broken link.
