Hi I need to build a Java project on OpenSUSE 10 that uses checkstyle for style checking. chechstyle is not available from the "SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source-java/" repository.
I tried to load the checkstyle rpm from the JPackage repository, but apparently the two Java distributions are not compatible. Should I switch to JPackage entirely to install all Java components or is there a way to install checkstyle into a SUSE Java environment? thanks --martin
