No, I really don't think so, and I sure hope that's not necessary.

It's not just houghi who can send those replies to redirect
people/threads. Everyone can do.
It's just that currently houghi has the time for doing it (again, thanks
for doing so ;)). And I guess no one else has sent such a reply because
houghi is so quick ;D

Actually it's about the "rules" of the list, it's not about a specific
person sending them that reply.
