OK, the "dd" thing worked, but it's just workaround to the non-working K3B issue.
I have opened a bug report: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=269631 Yesterday I demonstrated openSUSE Linux to one of my friends from Windows background, and it was very disappointing to tell him that I could not copy a multisession CD due to K3B bug.
