Are you saying the ISP assigns 3 addresses?  Normally, people have
computers behind firewalls (yes, even Linux computers) and use address
translation, so that addresses can be assigned locally.  This would be
the preferred way, if you're not placing the NFS servers directly on the
internet.  If you must have the computers directly connected to the
internet, you'll have to address them by host name.  In some cases, such
as with my cable ISP, the host name is static.  However, if your host
names are not, you'll have to use one of the dynamic DNS services.
