Now I have to take back what I said about installation. Running Live CD in 
Virtual box it was possible to install Midnight Commander, so Live CD allows 
installation from official repositories, just Community Repositories module 
fails with above mentioned message. 

So which one is the bug. 
Allowing installation from official repositories in Live CD session, or 
inability to add community repositories.
