[opensuse] Keeping my system up to date

Hi,
  This may qualify for the most stupid question of 
  the month, but please point me to the documentation
  for keeping my OpenSuse 10.3 system up to date.
  I know there must be fixes and updates but somehow
  the correct procedure to do this is not clear to
  me.
