I've updated Webwork 1.4 to use a new Pell multipart library for uploading.
However, this is slightly not backward compatible. Where previously the library would thow an error if the filesize was too large, now it just returns a null file.
This is preferable IMHO as it means that you can get the other values back, which means that your edit page can inform the user, and other values like what you are trying to attach the file to are also returned.
This shouldn't be too large a problem in most cases, but if you upgrade to 1.4.1, then you may want to test the case where large files are uploaded.
