Yes, I do use Resin (2.1.11).
I was mistaken, the log DO show that the param is set by the interceptor (although the param is not in the second tag): ParametersInterceptor:32 - Setting params {withUID=true}
This sounds as a Resin cache problem to me. I file a jira issue anyway so you guys can decide what to do.

In my case I was setting some tag params and they were set in the
second invocation too, even if I didn't include them in the tag params. (Thus my conclusion that the object is reused;
also, the log
shows no param setting in action)
