That will work, although listKey can just be "key" and listValue can
just be "value".

You also need to specify where to get the key and value for each option.

Something like this works:

#tag( Radio "label='label'" "name='name'" "list=#{ 'A':'0' , 'B':'1' , 
'C':'2' }"  "listKey=top.key" "listValue=top.value" )
