I'll answer my own question as I figured an easy way to install your own
fonts.

Under OTC Server, goto $INSTALLATION_PATH/server/default/data/nfs/home

and create a folder with name _USER_OVERWRITE_

under this new folder, create a new folder called .fonts

copy your fonts into this new directory.

When you log-in to OTC OS with your username and password, the .fonts folder
will be copied to your own home folder (/home/tcos/.fonts)

and fonts will be available immediately.

If you don't wish to do copy the fonts for each and every user, you can
simply copy the .fonts folder only to that specific user(s) root folder:

$INSTALLATION_PATH/server/default/data/nfs/home/USER-NAME/.fonts

Once you get it working, you may question the efficiency of storage -
duplicating fonts for every user.

You'll notice under var/tcos/ there are folders that map to the folders
(NFS) on your OTC Server.

I am sure locating only one copy of fonts in a "shared" location will be
more feasible.
Perhaps running a script on each user's login which will create symbolic
links from the "shared" folder to the user's home .fonts folder ?

I am not well versed to suggest on going into details and how to do it.

This might be a suggestion for the next coming OTC release to include such
ability easily for all users benefit, in the form of package or a shared
folder-based script.

All the best!
