Hmmm, does the log files show any problem? openthinclient/server/default/data/nfs/root/var/log/*.log or openthinclient/wrapper/logs/wrapper.log Please run "javaws -viewer" and activate the java console in the control panels rightmost tab. Restart the manager session to get the console window, too.
