Almost. The apacheds-store subdir would have been the correct choice,
because the nfs subtree for example contains the new packages, too.

If you want to keep user home directories, you could copy the nfs/home
subtree, too. But this I would only do if necessary.

Well, it seems that we forgot to include a guide for upgrading during
the quite fundamental change from .3 to .4 with the inclusion of the
installer. Martin sure was too busy to do it and the rest of us did
not have a close enough look on it as we were already accustomed to
the procedure from our own testing cycles... :-\

Hmmm, I suggest you install 0.4.1 again and only copy the apacheds-store
to the new version while the server is shut down(!).
