Hi, Just found this project - looks very nice. I'd like to deploy but server space is a bit tight at the moment. I do have one server running CentOS 4.7 (red Hat clone) but it has 4 NICs in it. It currently serves as a router between what will ultimately be my thin client subnet and two additional subnets that host terminal servers and VDI. 3 of the NICs are necessary for my overall plan but one of them is dedicated to the subnet that would be serviced by the OTC server/manager.
My questions: - Is it possible to use a multi-homed server if you only want to use a single NIC for the OTC server? - Will installing the OTC server / mgr interfere with routing between the subnet that it is supporting and the other subnets? Looking forward to your responses - I am hope fule that this will work out and am especially interested in the vmware view open client integration that I read about in another thread. Thanx in advance... -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Server-with-multiple-NICs-tp22794612p22794612.html Sent from the openthinclient.org users' mailing list mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ The Open Source Thin Client Solution http://openthinclient.org openthinclient-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openthinclient-user
