After searching TLS for differences between 1.2 and 1.3, I found rfc8446...
well, that's clear now. Quote:
"Static RSA and Diffie-Hellman cipher suites have been removed; all public-key based key exchange mechanisms now provide forward
secrecy."
But it seems that EC is always used and the traditional pem-file is discarded, especially since EC is also used automatically,
if it was not inserted in the conf.
I think, this is my last question ...is it really the case, that pem-file has
no effect anymore, when I add it to the conf?
