Just wanted to follow up on this.
Since everything is a URL, we are in ROA land.

Following the best practices, instantiating a workflow amounts to create a
resource and therefore we would use a POST.
We would also follow the Atom Publishing Protocol (AtomPub) and post an
entry with parameters.

So.... If the Densha launchers would detect an xforms file in a specific
directory matching the workflow name, it could instantiate it on the fly.

Hummm... XForms would post the data back to the controller as an entry!
