Dear OpenWrt Lead Developers, The 10.03.1 development seems to be stuck on 10.03.1 rc3 for a while now. No, I am not going to ask for a release date and I also understand that all openwrt development is based on individuals giving up their own private time. However, I fear that a succession of rc1, rc2 and rc3 within a matter of 2-3 weeks which is then followed by several months of silence is not doing anything to enhance the projects credibility in tems of being alive and well. And looking at the changes that have come through over the last few weeks, well they have receeded to a trickle and are hardly earth shattering. Most importantly the known issue outlined when rc3 was announced has been closed. So what are we waiting for?
So here is an appeal to the developers to either release 10.03.1 as it stands or alternatively, if indeed we are struggling with one or more particular issues to get it released, let the community know what these issues are so we can contribute to an effort to resolve this. I trust this is taken how it is meant, an offer of support to move things along in everyone's interest.
