I ran some tests and i believe i found the reason for these messages. In my last tests to try to replicate the same net_ratelimit messages as usual and i removed the mon0 interface. i did not see net_ratelimit messages anymore while trying to replicate the issue. Perhaps http://nbd.name/gitweb.cgi?p=aa-mac80211.git;a=summary which replaced all files from AA mac80211 and hostapd directories needs a patch or a fix somewhere.
