These kinds of device modifications isn't the topic discussed here. OpenWrt never accepts device supports that requires any hardware modifications and supports for modified routers usually stays in third-party repositories. Several ar71xx images works on modified TP-LINK routers because: 1. ar71xx has the ability to auto-detect memory and flash size for TP-LINK partition table. 2. TP-LINK sells different products inside China and some routers happens to have a similar board design (except flash/ram) as products they sells worldwide.> > > > > > I'm not sure whether the topic qualifies for a formal voting, hence the > > > RFC. > > > > Thanks for bringing up this topic. > > > > -- > > Cheers, > > Piotr > > > > _______________________________________________ > > openwrt-devel mailing list > > openwrt-devel@lists.openwrt.org > > https://lists.openwrt.org/mailman/listinfo/openwrt-devel > > _______________________________________________ > openwrt-devel mailing list > openwrt-devel@lists.openwrt.org > https://lists.openwrt.org/mailman/listinfo/openwrt-devel
