Hmm. I don't recv ANY ip6-multicast, only ether broadcast.
The RFC says unsolicited RAs are sent on multicast capable links, which
perhaps mine is not. DOCSIS seems to provide methods for allowing
multicast (which is vendor proprietary and likely the bug here).
But radvd also allows a UnicastOnly option. How would that be dealt with?
The RFC isn't clear.
