Comment (by anonymous):

BTW, you could as Felix or Adrian, whether the regdb.txt is intended to
indicate center frequencies or cf + bandwidth margins. If the regulatory
states, that operation is intended from x to y, frequency margins
depending on bandwidths are probably not wisely used.

E.g. - without 10MHz margins intended for 20MHz channels (what about
 offchannel usage and half-channels/half-bandwidth @10MHz with 5MHz
 margins?), it would read:

 country AT: DFS-ETSI

     (2412 - 2472 @ 40), (20)
     (5150 - 5250 @ 80), (23)
     (5250 - 5350 @ 80), (23)
     (5470 - 5725 @ 80), (30), DFS
     # 60 gHz band channels 1-4, ref: Etsi En 302 567
     (57240 - 65880 @ 2160), (40), NO-OUTDOOR

Currently we'd be far beyond the allowed values in 2.4GHz with this
method, while we could not fully use the allowed spectrum in 5GHz.
If the method using margins is the correct one, then it should be used
 consequently.

 country AT: DFS-ETSI

     (2402 - 2482 @ 40), (20)
#10 MHz below and 10 MHz above allowed center frequencies, while the band
used may be up to 2483.5.
     (5170 - 5250 @ 80), (20)
#starting 20 MHz above allowed minimum, ending strictly at 5250 w/o
 margin.
     (5250 - 5330 @ 80), (20), DFS
#starting at 5250 exactly, but not including a 20MHz margin at the end -
 contradiction to previous rules.
     (5490 - 5710 @ 80), (27), DFS
#starting 20 Mhz above allowed, ending 15Mhz below.

     # 60 gHz band channels 1-4, ref: Etsi En 302 567
     (57240 - 65880 @ 2160), (40), NO-OUTDOOR

 Correct: see ticket's first post.
