The rules include margins, but as far as I can tell, you did not check the
channels available and some info might actually be wrong.
According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels (yes,
might be too general, but I believe EU mostly has common rules), channel
34 (5170 cf, which would go to 5160) is not allowed and is not shown on
phy info. So a 5170 starting frequency would be correct (ch. 36
5180-10Mhz). Also there is no channel 65 or 66 to use above 5330, so 64
(5320+10Mhz) is the correct limit with included end frequency. In the
upper range, the first channel is 100 (5500), so again a 5490 start would
seem to include the needed margin.
