Okay I remember there was some change in the dhcpv6 client regarding RA
handling.
You may want to try the r42674 i just pushed which restores part of the
old RA-handling. Maybe this does the trick for you. But still it sounds
like a weirdness on your ISP side.
Please reopen if the issue persists.
