They are going to change their server configuration soon (thus
invalidating the ticket in its original formulation), but it still looks
like they consider OpenVPN compiled with --enable-small as a deficient
version, because they cannot dynamically select server features based on
what the client wants.
And still, the ticket is valid for other VPN providers who use (old
versions of) SoftEther VPN product as the VPN server.
