You must not live in Italy where the normal household bandwidth is 7Mbps
down/512Kbps up, or in metropolitan areas 20Mbps down/1Mbps up... Of
course with ZERO Kbps of guaranteed bandwidth. Yeah... this has been
Internet in 2014 in Italy.
