With the WNDR4300's when you sysupgrade you may also need to power cycle
the device in order to get the WiFi radios working/detected.
I compiled r45621 and sysupgrade worked just fine. Current trunk is
r45655 which I have just kicked off a build now. Can you be a bit more
specific on your environment? E.g. are you compiling the source code
yourself, and does the new image actually boot up with just the factory
default settings or does it fail to even load after rebooting? If the
latter your build is faulty and you should delete your openwrt directory
entirely and get a fresh download of the trunk code, rebuild from scratch.
Back up your config before you erase anything.
