ok i found what is causing it, it is setting wifi interface changes
through luci, it messes up config file in such a way that it changes
hwmode from 11g to 11a, resets channel to auto etc. r48619 with luci from
8630a1dbfb5c8baa0b18bb31c5b05852e80d14c6
