The unique identifier is there but i can't see when i put the usb device on OpenWRT. It's there when i put on my Ubuntu Desktop.

I ask because i think there are some functionalities unavailable in OpenWRT.

Ok, that's different. Your full blown Ubuntu Desktop is running udev, and has a much larger pile of rules for what to do with devices in it. If you look in the logs (and have them configured to log with enough detail) then you should see the same data from the kernel.
