Hi Éric, You are right that the content of twswg-udp-ipfix may be merged with the tcp draft. However, we prefer to leave these as separate I-Ds for logistic matters: twswg-udp-ipfix has a normative dependency on draft-ietf-tsvwg-udp-options/<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-tsvwg-udp-options/>. Although there are good signs recently that the spec would make it out the TSVWG, there is still a risk of publication delay. Please look at the history of that tsvwg I-D. Merging the two documents will thus block the publication of the tcp/ipv6 IEs, while we don't have that dependency with the current approach.
