While working on the shepherd writeup I found some nits that the authors
should address.
192.0.0.0/22 used as an example network, but only 192.0.2.0/24 is reserved
for examples
Downref to informational RFC 4180 which defines CSV format
Downref to informational RFC 8805 which defines geofeed format, also a downref
in 9092 and 9632
Neither of those are in the downref registry at
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/downref/
Reference to RFC 7234 which has been obsoleted by 9111
Reference to RFC 9092 which has been obsoleted by 9632
