Hi there. If a slave node fails and a new one is deployed in its place are the hosts and services previously associated with it still available ?
I assume the information is held in the database on the master so as long as you create your new slave with the same name and re-assign it as a monitoring server then it will automatically become the "monitored by" slave for all the hosts it previously was ? Or do you have to start totally from scratch and re-associate it with everything.
