Hi, Today i wanted to try out the new feature with notifications over Keywords.
I specified all Service-Checks I want a notification from with Keywords, set up a new Contact with access to all Hostgroups and to the specified Keywords. (but no access to all Service-Groups) But I don't get notifications for Host Up/Down nor for the Specified service-checks. Note: I have not set up the Hosts with the Keywords of its Service-Checks - I know thats necessary for the Viewport, that both host and Service must have the same keywords - but for notification it would be much more comfortable to say: I give this service a Keyword and for this Keyword I wannna have notifications. e.g., When I have 10 Checks with different Keywords on a Host - All the Keywords also have to be specified to this host? Must the user have the right on Service-Groups of the Service check to get notifications from the Keywords? Am I understanding this correctly or got it wrong? Thanks for help! Mario
