I followed the FAQ with no success, mrtg_genstats.log shows no error.
 
It seems the rrd files for the hosts in question are not being updated

I recently saw a problem where a two hosts were defined using the same IP and both had mrtg enabled - could this be happening at your site?  Are you able to run a query host from the snmp tab on the host config, to prove snmp still works to the devices in question?
