Hey all, I've got an idea I'd like to implement, wondered if anyone had thought of a way to do it?
Basically, I have an RT queue I send notifications to. Sending multiple notifications is a bit pointless - it'd be nice if it replied to the same ticket, but ideally I'd just like the queue to only receive *one* notification. An Opsview contact can receive from the nth notification, but it can't do "receive from nth to xth notification only". I imagine this is a fringe case, but I'd be interested if anyone had a solution.
