An Opsview contact can receive from the nth notification, but it
can't do "receive from nth to xth notification only". I imagine this
is a fringe case, but I'd be interested if anyone had a solution.
We decided against using Nagios' hostescalation and serviceescalation
and instead we patched Nagios to do "nth notification onwards".
Someone else has mentioned "up to nth notification too", so its on our
radar, but not in the immediate future.
