Are there any plans to move to another graphing routine (like
PNP4Nagios)?
I would love to figure out how to tie the graphs to a NagVis template.
We've actually just completed work on a new graphing framework based
on Flot. It is a big improvement over the current performance graphing
capability.

This will be available as part of Opsview 3.5.0 due in November. I'll
circulate some screenshots of this and some other UI changes in the
next week or so.
