We've actually just completed work on a new graphing framework based
on Flot. It is a big improvement over the current performance graphing
capability.

Project: http://code.google.com/p/flot/
Examples: http://people.iola.dk/olau/flot/examples/

This will be available as part of Opsview 3.5.0 due in November. I'll
circulate some screenshots of this and some other UI changes in the
next week or so.
