Hi joey, you right I tried to read postfix log and I had: "certificate verification failed for smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587: untrusted issuer /C=ZA/ST=Western Cape/L=Cape Town/O=Thawte Consulting cc/OU=Certification Services Division/CN=Thawte Premium Server CA/[email protected]"
This is strange because is not the same certificate I created on step 5. Then I followed all other steps as described. Please find listed next logs after certificate error detected: "setting up TLS connection to smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587 Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10673]: certificate verification failed for smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587: untrusted issuer /C=ZA/ST=Western Cape/L=Cape Town/O=Thawte Consulting cc/OU=Certification Services Division/CN=Thawte Premium Server CA/[email protected] Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10689]: setting up TLS connection to smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587 Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10679]: certificate verification failed for smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587: untrusted issuer /C=ZA/ST=Western Cape/L=Cape Town/O=Thawte Consulting cc/OU=Certification Services Division/CN=Thawte Premium Server CA/[email protected] Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10666]: Untrusted TLS connection established to smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587: TLSv1 with cipher RC4-MD5 (128/128 bits) Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10673]: Untrusted TLS connection established to smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587: TLSv1 with cipher RC4-MD5 (128/128 bits) Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10666]: 43AE51242B5: to=<[email protected]>, relay=smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587, delay=0.62, delays=0.21/0.07/0.34/0, dsn=4.7.5, status=deferred (Server certificate not trusted) Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10689]: certificate verification failed for smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587: untrusted issuer /C=ZA/ST=Western Cape/L=Cape Town/O=Thawte Consulting cc/OU=Certification Services Division/CN=Thawte Premium Server CA/[email protected] Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10673]: 59D6D1242B6: to=<[email protected]>, relay=smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587, delay=0.43, delays=0.02/0.05/0.35/0, dsn=4.7.5, status=deferred (Server certificate not trusted) Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10679]: Untrusted TLS connection established to smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587: TLSv1 with cipher RC4-MD5 (128/128 bits) Feb 26 12:42:29 opsview-demo postfix/smtp[10679]: 6C0B21242CE: to=<[email protected]>, relay=smtp.gmail.com[216.239.59.109]:587, delay=0.38, delays=0.03/0.01/0.33/0, dsn=4.7.5, status=deferred (Server certificate not trusted)" Thanks a lot for your attention and collaboration.
