Hi Ramy,
just check your /etc/mysql/my.cnf. It seems that mysql is listening only
on localhost adress 127.0.0.1.
If want to monitor mysql from outside you have to listen on the outer
interface too.

I have added remte server to monitor in opsview
and i have aproblem with monitoring mysql
it apears Connection refused in mysql with all servers which i have added
also the rest of services are working and monitord without problems
like apache,ftp,ssh .. etc
the problem only with mysql
