Ah! Stating 3.0.2 would have helped :)
There was a bug in the 3.0 branch where contacts were not getting
removed in the runtime database correctly on a reload. This was a bug
in ndoutils which we fixed. It requires a recompile of ndoutils to fix.
You can workaround by truncating one of the tables (can't remember the
name immediately), but it will reoccur again.
There are some bug fix releases for the 3.0 branch, but I'm not sure
if we still have those available.
