Hi There, We have just changed our opsview server to new hardware and new network location... We are using Build: 3.7.2.4654 - just installed on debian lenny.
The old opsview server sent out notifications with no issues, i had added two extra admin users and entered email addresses for them and we got our notifications. But on the new server (fresh install of Build: 3.7.2.4654) its not sending out the notifications via email. Is there something blindingly obvious that i have missed? The events appear in nagios.log ok: [1284753337] SERVICE ALERT: DevWeb-Server;HTTP devtga;CRITICAL;SOFT;1;HTTP CRITICAL - No data received from host [1284753397] SERVICE ALERT: DevWeb-Server;HTTP devtga;CRITICAL;SOFT;2;HTTP CRITICAL - No data received from host [1284753397] SERVICE ALERT: DevWeb-Server;Apache 75 processes;CRITICAL;SOFT;1;PROCS CRITICAL: 0 processes with command name 'apache2' [1284753457] SERVICE ALERT: DevWeb-Server;HTTP devtga;CRITICAL;HARD;3;HTTP CRITICAL - No data received from host [1284753457] SERVICE ALERT: DevWeb-Server;Apache 75 processes;CRITICAL;SOFT;2;PROCS CRITICAL: 0 processes with command name 'apache2' But no emails go out? Postfix is installed and configured correctly... i dont get it. I feel like i have overlooked something basic and simple? Thanks Simon
