Yes, XeroBank's Browser is based on Tor [it used to be called TorPark] but it also uses their own XeroBank network which is a privatized anonymity network.
Instead of locking down a browser with a plugin like TorButton does, the xB Browser is an attempt to lock down the entire browser. There's no linux version in production.
