Job Description: Provide baseline support and manage AOP initiatives for Facilities, Law, Aviation, Investor Relations, Corporate Security, Community and Public Affairs, HR/OMD and Disaster Recovery. Specifically, deliver in-flight 2010 AOP projects, perform/manage feasibility analysis on pursuit initiatives, and provide baseline support for a portfolio of 20+ applications. This role requires a focus on customer support with very aggressive SLAs, process and application portfolio management. The selected resource will be ultimately accountable for systems requirements, system configuration, installation, upgrades/enhancements and deployment. Identify and recommend system and infrastructure enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness not only of the systems but also of the group. Thorough knowledge of business applications/software with a niche on packaged/configurable systems. Additionally, the selected candidate must: - Facilitate discussions to: a) Define WBS, resources, estimate word effort and duration while utilizing tools within PBSG PLM b) Resolve complex cross-team/cross functional issues. - Track and measure progress on team activities and overall project. - Prepare project plans: objectives, scope, deliverables and schedules. - Track and manage scope changes, issues, risks and provide timely, efficient and effective solutions. - Schedule and chair monthly meetings with key business contacts and Senior Management to communicate project The selected candidate will oversee a team of 3+ FTEs/Contractors, provide guidance, mentoring, employee mid-year and annual revierws and overall manage the group and additional project resources as needed. Work closely with other technical team members both internal and external to Client to effectively and efficiently coordinate and address business/system needs. Implement corporate initiatives that may be cross divisional and/or cross functional. The candidate will also be responsible for understanding SAP business initiatives and goals to determine and meet SAP integration requirements. Help set the strategic agenda for the Corporate Systems group. Establish best practices in compliance with PMO methodologies using approved tools for requirements management, project management and user acceptance testing.
