Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar position with experience in business analysis and quality assurance. • Knowledge of quality and project management processes and estimation techniques. • Knowledge of manual, automated and performance testing for UI, back-end/batch and data conversion/ETL. • Knowledge of test environment and test data management. • Experience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data research. • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities. • Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills, presentation and documentation skills. • Strong organizational/team-working skills with ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment.
