The candidate should possess strong development and communication skills 2. 5+ years experience as a senior engineer responsible for deployment of BI solutions 3. Experience with Cognos BI 8.4.reports, cubes, dashboard design and administration 4. Cognos development background with various BI Clients 8.4./ 10.1 5. Must have worked on large BI projects 6. Experience with Windows Active Directory for security architecture and IIS for Web Servers 7Experience with Oracle 10g, 11g and SQL Server 2005/2008, other programming languages (VB, PL/SQL) 8. Experience with Storage devices like NAS, SAN 9. Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008 10. Experience with Windows 7, IE 8, Vista, XP, Office 2007 11Experience working with multi-tiered, multi-region architectures within shared services and/or BI competency centers *Highly Desirable: * 1.Reports, Dashboard and Cube design and development skills 2Experience with Cognos BI tools i.e. Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Metric Studio, Power Play Studio, Event Studio, Business Insight 3Experience with Cognos BI Clients i.e. Framework Manager, Transformer, Metrics Designer 4Experience with Servers/Software Installation/Qualification/Validation processes in HealthCare industry 5. Experience with scripting languages (VB Script, .NET) *Methodology/Certification: * 1. Cognos BI Server Administration / Cognos Professional Author / Cognos OLAP Certification 2.
