*Business Objects Expert Consultant*
Technical Expert with 7 to 9 years of experience utilizing Business Objects
Data Services - preferably in an SAP Netweaver environment including BW.
Additional experience with HANA is preferred.
*Work will entail the following activities:*
1. Installation
a. Assist in installing data services 3.2 and 4.1 in landscape to
effectively support HANA, Sales Force, and Essbase
b. Assist in defining best practices for multiple users and multiple
environments including repository set up, source and target object
maintenance, etc.
2. Migration
a. Help define strategy for migrating Data Service Objects through the
various environments
3. Job Scheduling
a. Help define strategy for scheduling Data Service Jobs into our existing
landscape
4. Performance Optimization
a. Review developed Jobs, Workflows, Dataflows and assist in optimizing
performance
b. Define best practices for optimizing performance based on landscape
5. Open Hub (BW specific)
a. Assist in getting Open Hub processing working.
b. Based on landscape and requirements determine if this is best approach
6. General Questions
a. Availability to respond to general design, development, and process
questions around data services.
