Job Title : BI Testing Coordinator Location : Columbus, OH Duration :3 Months with possible ext. Job Requirment: QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must demonstrate: Experience in software development lifecycle concepts including, development, testing, project management, quality assurance and version control. Knowledge of various project development methodologies Strong understanding of various test cycles Excellence in communication, including: oral, written, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and listening Strong organizational skills Leadership skills by: Leading small IT teams Delegating authority for proper direction of testing Managing day to day testing responsibilities Providing guidance to ensure work efforts are completed timely Analytical skills and resourcefulness, being able to perform independent research, review facts and make accurate decisions in a collaborative environment High motivation and enjoyment while working on complex projects with various people and skill sets.
